| We process the application(s) in the lottery drawing for our clients in our License Application Service system every year at no charge. We submit up to three hunt code choices on each application.
As many as four people may apply together for elk, deer, antelope and aoudad. As many as two hunters may apply together for gemsbok. Hunters must apply individually for Persian ibex and bighorn sheep.
The New Mexico Dept. of Game & Fish charges the hunter’s credit card a $12 application fee at time of application. For antelope, aoudad, bighorn sheep and ibex, the Department charges hunters the license/tag fee at time of application. If a hunter is unsuccessful in the lottery drawing, his credit card will be refunded the license/tag fee.
For elk, deer and gemsbok, the Department charges the hunter’s credit card the $12 application fee at time of application, and will only charge the credit card the appropriate license/tag fee after the hunter is successfully drawn.

We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to get into our License Application Service. This deposit will be applied to the cost of the hunt when a hunter is successfully drawn for a license.
The cost of the hunt(s) is guaranteed no matter what year the hunter is successful in drawing a tag. We offer fully guided hunts at a reasonable rate to hunters in our License Application Service when they are successful in drawing a license for a limited entry hunt in the lottery drawing.
Our License Application Service allows our hunters the maximum benefit of the lottery drawing system in obtaining a license for a quality, high success hunt at a fraction of the cost of a guaranteed tag hunt.
